Our inaugural community is a 55+ resort-style independent living retirement community nestled in a serene wooded area. This idyllic setting features 30 cozy 1 and 2-bedroom tiny houses within a secure environment. We offer the lowest buy-in rates and monthly fees in the industry, ensuring that our residents can embrace a stress-free retirement lifestyle without financial burden.
We provide luxury-style senior living to seniors who wouldn't typically have access to it, all without the expensive price tag.
But that's not all - our commitment to inclusivity extends beyond our community borders. With additional tiny houses for short-term stays and the option to experience other Egalite’ communities across various states, we aim to provide our residents with a true sense of belonging wherever they go.
